The African Children's Choir performs throughout the world, singing on behalf of Africa's 12 million AIDS orphans. During the past year, the choir became known to millions throughout America through their two guest appearances on American Idol. Comprised of children ages seven to eleven, each child in the choir has lost one or both parents to poverty or disease. In spite of the tragedy that has marred their young lives, they are radiant with hope and joy, wonderfully entertaining, and will melt your heart with their charming smiles and joyful African melodies and dance.
