The Tchaikovsky Ballet and Orchestra
Russia's renowned Tchaikovsky Ballet and Orchestra returns to Newlin Hall with its enthralling production of Romeo and Juliet. With 60 dancers, a live orchestra of 55 musicians, lavish sets and costumes, and the immortal music of Prokofiev, this will be one of the most memorable evenings of the season. The New York Times said of a recent performance, 'They are not only fine dancers but also terrific storytellers. They made theatrical magic.' The Los Angeles Times declares the company to be 'one of the year's indispensable ballet experiences.'
