Ensemble Corund

Founded in Lucerne in 1993 by the innovative American conductor Stephen Smith, the Ensemble Corund is one of Switzerland's leading vocal ensembles. The Washington Post praised the group for its "lovely sound, striking polish and flexibility, and imaginative programming." For its Norton Center debut, the twelve-member a cappella ensemble will perform its new program Eros and Agape: Five Centuries of Sacred Music on the Theme of Love.
