Bavarian Philharmonic

Comprised of musicians from Germany's leading orchestras, including the Berlin and Munich Philharmonics, who come together for special projects under Music Director Enoch zu Guttenberg, the Bavarian Philharmonic has achieved a reputation as one of Europe's elite symphonic ensembles during the decade since it was founded in 1997. The orchestra is joined by Orion Weiss, the extraordinary young pianist who has recently made his mark in performances with major orchestras such as the Los Angeles Philharmonic and the Israel Philharmonic conducted by Itzhak Perlman.
