Director's Message
GREETINGS! As illustrated throughout this brochure, the overall theme of CENTRE COLLEGE’s 2011-2012 Norton Center Season is to REIMAGINE. We have RECONCEIVED the composition of the season, the flexibility of the series, and the selection of the artists. I am grateful for the wonderful feedback I have RECEIVED this past year as the Norton Center’s friends welcomed me to the community. After careful REVIEW of your comments, we are pleased to present a season with a REFRESHING new look and feel.
The RESULTS:
· We have REINVENTED the subscription process so patrons can create their own series based on their interests.
· With REDUCED prices, two new series (Newlin Hall and Club Weisiger) offer DECREASED risks to try more programs that may be unfamiliar or unknown.
· There are NO REPEATS going back ten years, so almost 95% of this season’s programs are Norton Center debuts.
As we PREPARE for this exciting new season, please joinme and the entire Norton Center staff with RENEWED interest and enthusiasm.
